As a child I spent a lot of time inactive not playing many sports. As an adult I found something that changed my life, martial arts, specifically Muay Thai. It’s something I was passionate about, not just Muay Thai, but all types of fitness. Since then I've done all sorts of fitness related activities; various martial arts, sports, running events, and even some more extreme fitness challenges. My life has been changed since I found fitness, and changed for the better. I wish to show people that fitness can not only be fun, it can be something that can change your life; as it changed my whole outlook.
I am currently a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association as well as a Correct Exercise Specialist (dealing with prevention of injury and rehabilitation) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
International Health and Fitness Association (IDEA) released a study stating; "75% of people who exercise are not getting the results they want. Out of the 25% who are getting results, 90% of them are working out with a Personal Trainer."
My objective is to help you be one of the 25% of people getting results. My desire is to give people all the tools required to meet, and preferably exceed, any reasonable goal they may have. I wish to change lives with fitness, the way my life has changed from fitness. As well as educated people as to why, and how to exercise efficiently, and keep healthy. I don’t want to help people get fit while they are working with me; I want to help people get fit for life!
